All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy.
Incase you receive a damaged/wrong product?
Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery, along with the invoice and pictures of the damaged/wrong product. We will arrange a pick-up and make sure to exchange the product with the right one.
Please note that the item will be returned/exchanged only in case the delivered item is wrong or damaged.
Once the returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you about the same. The product will then go for further inspection. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund will be processed once it’s approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we would request you to kindly check your bank account again. Also, kindly check with your credit card company (or bank)
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/vendor without informing the customer care team.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
